You can return any unopened product for exchange or store credit. We reserve the right to refuse exchange on print materials such as comics, graphic novels, and RPGs. We do not issue refunds.
In the case of returning Games Workshop miniatures which are missing bits, please bring in the figure with the original packaging, and we will replace the miniature at no cost. You even get to keep the original mini!

Bags at The Dragon cost 5 cents. Do your part and bring a reusable bag or purchase a reusable bag at the store.
Subscribers must contact the Dragon EVERY month to maintain their sub list. You can contact us by email at email@example.com, by phone at 519-763-5544, or in person. If we do not hear from you at least once a month we will stop your subscriptions and your books will be shelved the following month.
If you change your phone number or address, you must contact us to let us know. If you do not have an active phone number, we will come to the conclusion that you have moved and no longer want your comics. They will be shelved and all of your subscriptions will be stopped.
If you will be away for longer than a month's time, just let us know and we will mark your file accordingly.
The Dragon reserves the right to limit single issue purchases to one copy per customer depending on the issue.
If you wish to order multiple copies of single issue you may do so as long as the order is received no later than each month's Previews Order due date.
