James Kochalka
James Kochalka is a cartoonist with a bizarre sense of humour and his own
philosophy. He has a large list of works to his name, including The Sketchbook
Diaries and Monkey vs. Robot.
Jamie S. Rich
Jamie S. Rich is a prose author at Oni Press, whose pop-culture steeped works
include Cut My Hair, and The Everlasting. His graphic novels include
Love the Way You Love, and 12 Reasons Why I Love Her.

Cameron Stewart is an artist with an extensive bibliography including Catwoman,

of Illustration and Design, and his webcomic Sin Titulo appears on the Transmission X website.
Carla Speed McNeil
Creator of the series Finder. Finder will only be published in collected format,
individual issues will be posted on her website.
Chester Brown
Perhaps the most important current Canadian cartoonist. Creator of Louis
Riel: A Comic Strip Biography.
Chip Zdarsky
Chip Zdarsky is a very strange man. He is also the creator of Prison Funnies
and Monster Cops, and writes the Extremely Bad Advice Column for the National Post.
Cliff Chiang Cliff Chiang is a super-talented artist, whose work has recently graced the pages of Doctor 13 and Green Arrow Black Canary.
Craig Thompson
Craig Thompson has gained great critical acclaim for his work, including
Goodbye Chunky Rice and Blankets.
Dale Eaglesham Dale is not only one of the nicest comic artists I've ever met, but also one of the most talented. He won the Joe Shuster Award for Outstanding Canadian Comic Book Artist 2007.
Dan Brereton
Dan Brereton's unique style has graced the pages of Batman Thrillkiller,
Giantkiller, and his own creation, Nocturnals.
Darick Robertson
Darick Robertson's work includes Wolverine, and The Boys. He also does an
excellent napkin sketch.

Dave McKean's comic work includes Sandman covers, Cages, and Batman

David Mack
David Mack is the creator of the character Kabuki, and his distinctive style has
also appeared in Daredevil
Eric Kim
Eric Kim is the artist on such books as Love as a Foreign Language. He's also
a karaoke master.

Eric is responsible for the stunningly detailed Age of Bronze, the complete tale
of the Trojan War. He also works on various Oz projects.
Frank Cho
Frank Cho is the creator of Liberty Meadows, a comic strip about an animal
sanctuary where everyone's a bit nuts. He also does covers for various titles.
Gary Spencer Millidge
Creator of Strangehaven, a compelling series that is a must read no matter how
long it takes between issues.
Grant Morrison
Grant Morrison is the overwhelmingly talented author of Invisibles, Batman
Arkham Asylum, DC 52, and New X-Men to name a few. His website is very red.
Greg Rucka
Greg Rucka has received great acclaim in both the comic and fiction world. He
has a number of novels under his belt, and his comic work includes Whiteout,
Queen and Country, DC 52, Wonder Woman, and Gotham Central
The Hero Initiative
Formerly known as ACTOR, the Hero Initiative is a non profit organization which provides a fund for veteran comic creators who need financial assistance. They appear at many conventions where they run events and signings for donations. You can also donate to the Hero Initiative in the store.
J. Michael Straczynski
Creator of Babylon 5 turned comic writer. His work can be found in Amazing
Spiderman, and his own creation Rising Stars, among many other things.
